Working Principle:
The vertical reinforced concrete pulverized coal furnace is a low-nitrogen oxygen-controlled industrial hot air furnace that uses pulverized coal as fuel to provide high-temperature flue gas. The pulverized coal burns in a suspended state under the action of air. The pulverized coal furnace has advantages such as rapid combustion, large capacity, high efficiency, wide adaptability, and convenient control and adjustment. With the increasing scale of flue gas heating furnaces, pulverized coal furnaces have significant advantages in high-temperature combustion, ease of control, and large-scale operation.
Main Performance and Features:
★ Convenient pulverized coal preparation and storage: Raw coal is ground and sent to the pulverized coal bin for storage. High-pressure air delivers the pulverized coal to the burner and into the furnace for combustion;
★ Automatic ignition is convenient and fast: Light diesel oil is used for pulverized coal combustion ignition, and a high-energy igniter, in coordination with the fuel supply system, enables automatic ignition;
★ Swirling low-nitrogen high-efficiency combustion: A multi-channel swirling burner is used to achieve efficient and stable combustion of pulverized coal in the furnace by adjusting the combustion air;
★ Reasonable control and easy operation: Proper adjustment of air distribution ensures uniform thermal load in the furnace, reducing wall buildup and coking. The operation is simple;
★ System linkage ensures safety: Depending on different working conditions, various control modes such as automatic ignition, automatic tracking of outlet temperature, safety alarms, and system linkage are available for users to choose from;
★ Stable structure, long service life, simple maintenance, short construction period, and low civil engineering costs;
★ The furnace is equipped with explosion-proof valves, emergency flue gas release valves, etc.
Pulverized Coal Furnace Thermal PLC Control System:
The normal operating state of the pulverized coal furnace is marked by ignition and heating with light diesel oil, enabling the pulverized coal to ignite and burn normally. After the pulverized coal burns normally, the light diesel oil ignition system automatically stops. By adjusting the ratio of pulverized coal combustion volume and air blast volume, the furnace temperature, outlet flue gas temperature, and exhaust gas temperature are controlled within a certain range to achieve the purpose of drying materials. For different process scenarios, the selection of measurement and control parameters may vary.
According to the requirements of the central DCS system, this pulverized coal furnace thermal PLC control system can communicate with the central DCS system through methods such as Ethernet, Profibus DP, Profinet, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and point-to-point communication. This enables data exchange between the pulverized coal furnace thermal PLC control system and the central DCS system, allowing the central DCS system to remotely control the on-site hot air furnace equipment.
